The five-year Strategic Plan calls on the UNC System to achieve ambitious goals. Progress toward these goals and metrics will be achieved through the hard work and commitment of institutional leaders, faculty, and staff.
UNCSA must reach young artists from across North Carolina to serve its mission as the state’s premier professional school for the arts. The UNCSA results for several metrics are subject to substantial year-to-year variation reflecting the relatively small size of its student population of less than 1,300. Modest headcount variations often lead to relatively large percentage changes, contributing to fluctuations in some metrics associated with the Strategic Plan.
